Hi BdB61 They will probably contact you in July once the year has passed (or possibly in June in readiness) and ask you to complete an Income & Expenditure form to ensure your income position hasn't changed materially from what was first disclosed in your proposal. If you are a sole trader they will should ask to see copies of your tax return and accounts for year ended 5 April 2015 but they may not ask for this at the same time - they may ask for this earlier.

I forgot to mention - they may also want supporting documents for your income and expenditure, which might include a look at your bank statements.

Hi, mine write to me 2 months before the anniversary date and want 3 months bank statements, 3 months wage slips, p60's and any evidence of changes to budget.
There's more to life than money....but it does help!!

64 payments made. Full and final with payments made to date accepted on 26/05/15 :-) completion certificate received 17/06/15 :)
