Has anyone heard from Mel with regards to PPI? I know she said she was going to continue the work started by Mickey (Clifford Watts)I have not heard from her since or for that matter been asked to supply any info by Creditfix
I had an email about 6 weeks ago to say it was almost complete and I should have received some forms but not heard a thing since I have called the office a couple of times but was told Mel was out of office and I would get a call back but no call or anything as yet

Yes, I had an email from Mel in january to say she would be in touch with an update. I have not heard anything since though. I have emailed a couple of times but not had a reply. Hope everythings ok? i'm hoping my ppi is complete too, as I'm nearing the end of my iva fingers crossed.
What email address are you using? Is it the PJG one?
Before our transfer we were told by Laura that it was all investigated, but never recieved any documentation following this.
We did do our own ppi investigation prior to the IVA and as we entered into it, and these funds were paid into the pot accordingly, so not sure if that's why we never recieved any other documents.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!
I spoke to Mel a couple of months or so ago. She's still there, lovely lady, incredibly helpful. SHe said she had almost done my PPI but still one to go from Santander. She's around, but I thnk v busy and I am sure she will contact you.
I still be in touch with Melanie as she is a very good friend. She is fine and still doing the PPI work but I think she was off on leave for a bit. Drop her a line and I am sure she will respond.
