Hi, i started an IVA in OCT 09, didnt miss a single payment, on Nov 13 we (my wife and I), sold our house to make a Full and Final offer. This was accepted in Dec 14 and received the certificate soon after (i can look for the actual date if needed). We have now been renting and hopefully looking to buy at the end of this year (2015), however, we will only have a 5% deposit (looking at a £200k house). Some of the threads talk about a Ryan and Shaun, if i could ask are there lenders out there that will consider our application (Ideally i want to pay between £850 and £1000 per month)? Also does the IVA disappear from your credit file 6 years from the end or 6 years from the start date? Many Thanks Matt

The IVA should drop from your credit files 6 years from the acceptance date. So yours should be October 2015.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
