The iva and all debts are in my name all though most acquired whilst I was married I have no income only my husbands wages and child benefit.so my husband pays my iva monthly.however his wages have increased and he's refusing to pay more or show his wage slips

I'm not quite sure what the question is Tina but if you can't maintain the payments then you will be in breach of your IVA terms and at risk the IVA may fail.

Who is the IVA with and was it originally based on your husbands income ?
