I have my iva with clear dept and I made my last payment in December 2012 and I still have not had my letter of discharge as the told me that PPi needed to be looked into and I was cleared of all PPi in January this year and I still haven't received my discharge letter from them even after several phone calls
Cleardebt have very recently agreed a formula to get cases closed pending PPI -- a letter was sent to all those affected. It would seem a few ( or at least one) were missed. Send in an email FAO David Mond who, I am sure, will get this sorted out.
