Can a second IVA be taken out after failure of first ? I am now in a better financial position

Can u take out a second iva after the first one failed as i am now in a better financial position.currrently o a debt management plan....thanku

There is nothing to stop you doing a second IVA although creditors may want to know the reasons for the first failure. Your current DMP will help as it shows you can repay creditors so no reason for a new one to be rejected. Get some free advice and hopefully it works out for you this time.

There is no reason why not, all things being equal. Have a chat with a couple of companies and I am sure a way forward can be worked out.
