Hi all. My question is how soon after your IVA can you change your mortgage? I'm currently paying about 4.7% (£913 a month) and now iv changed jobs on less money, it's killing me to be honest. Or even better still is there anyway they would let you change mid iva to a better rate? Thanks in advance.
Rate changes are down to the individual lenders own policies and vary. Changing lenders will be impossible until the IVA is off your records (6 years from the start).
