Are there any lenders who would consider me for a mortgage 3 years post IVA ?

I had a full and final iva in July 2012, completed 2013, I have just been refused a mortgage by halifax, are there any lenders who will consider me 3 years post iva.

Hi Charlieo and welcome to the forum. It's possible but it will depend on the rest of your circumstances, including the amount of deposit you have available, your income etc. You may also have to accept that the rate on offer may be slightly less competitive in the short-term.
