Not easily, until it drops off your records, which happens after 6 years regardless of whether you paid it off early or in full.

Your options will certainly be limited and particularly if it is within 6 years of registration, as Foggy says. There may be a few other options but it will really depend on the deposit you have available and you would expect to pay a higher rate even so.
