I have started payment with an IVA company for about 2 years which has closed down. I again started with another company. They are asking me to pay for another five years which will be total to 7years and over.
Is that right?

It may be that the first company was adebt management company and not an insolvency firm. The new firm may have bought their client bank and be offering IVAs which was not the case before.

Are you on the insolvency regsiter and check here to see?
