First year has gone very quickly, not necessarily easy, but a little uneasy due to the negative reviews of Credit fix last year. Anyone recently had a review recently and what should I do to get prepared for it.

Hope your review goes smoothly for you. By all accounts going by previous posts they appear to.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Credit Fix seem to take a unique approach to reviews, but are getting through them without causing too much fuss thus far.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I've just had a letter today saying I haven't sent any forms back to them - I've not received any! I think my annual review was due in Feb

Did you receive a protocol compliant annual report in the last couple of months?

Yes I did. I emailed them and they called me back. Told them I wasn't happy about supplying bank statements.

HI UCG did you send bank statements with annual review, I find this too intrusive did 4 annual reviews with PJG and they did'nt require them.

Yes Creditfix require 6 months bank statements I am just about to have mine just sent all my documents off to them.I wasn't happy about sending them last year after we had been moved from PJG but I think all they are checking for are amounts going in other than your income and probably just to verify direct debit amounts for bills you have on your I&E, I am sure they wouldn't have time to go through them and question any normal spending ect
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

If your IP wants to see bank statements this is a normal request.

It's something I do.

It will be in the terms that you have to provide it as reasonable support for your I&E, if required by your IP.

Not all IPs will require these however.

I've always had to send in 3 months statements of all accounts in my name. Never really bothered me though.

Whoever wrote the protocols should be shot.

The wording around bank statements is ambiguous and out of context.

The clause could be taken to read 3 months or as many as required by the IP.

Use is linked to checking income and certain defined items of expenditure but even then statements are not needed if it can be proven a different way.

I never had to send any bank statements at all.
