In April 2009 my husband and I had an iva agreed for a 6 month term which was all paid. 6 years on we have looked at our credit files and my husband has a ccj against him from Barclaycard dated August 2009 that we know nothing about. All debt was covered in the inc Barclaycard. How do we resolve this?

You copuld go back to your previous IP or contact Barclaycard themselves. Regardless the CCJ should fall off in August this year so perhaps it might not be worth the hassle.

Speaking to your local CAB could also be an idea.

Hi

The debt is all paid but you could ask Barclaycard to remove the CCJ from your records, however this will fall off in a few months so it may be better to just wait as Michael states
