If I were to live in a property which my partner purchased using a mortgage would this affect my IVA?

Draw up a rental agreement and pay a rent otherwise you have more income to pay over.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

It would affect your expenses, which, in turn would affect your repayment. As Lifenoteasy says -- it is far simpler to "lodge" at the address as well as , keeping financially apart, less risk to your partner's credit rating.
