We completed an IVA about four years ago and received our completion .one of our creditors was alliance and Leicester who were taken over by Santander . I received paperwork today from Santander saying Money was outstanding even though this amount was part of our IVA. Unfortunately I shredded this in anger . I was under the impression creditors were not allowed to persue money which was included in an IVA
Reply stating it was included in iva and provide copy of completion certificate.
It's probably just a case of poor data quality.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
