It sounds like you are in a 7 year arrangement especially if NRAM hold your mortgage.

If they have excluded a creditor complain directly to them, then try the Insolvency Service otherwise seek legal advice.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

A little perplexed that at the proposal stage this was not noticed when checking and signing the paperwork ... have you gone back through and made 100% sure they were not included ?

If not then your complaint needs to be addressed by DFD direct and they will need to approach the creditors to agree way forward for you.

As luluj says, check your paperwork as you would have noticed when signing. Is the creditor making this claim to have been left out ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It sounds to me that a creditor got a charging order against your property around the time of the IVA. This would explain your debts reducing and the secured charge now against your property.

There will have been an allowance on the I&E for the charge to be paid going forward and if all the unsecured creditors have now been paid you can concentrate on clearing this.

You really need to speak to DFD for clarification.
