Can ccj be included in an IVA ?

Without further info it is difficult to say, but as a rule of thumb yes. Exceptions may include where a ccj has now gone to final charging order stage, or if the court debt is for something not covered by an IVA, such as CSA arrears, fraud etc.

Also depends on whether it relates to a pre or post IVA debt but I presume pre then you should be okay (on presumption the creditor was listed in your IVA proposals.)
