You get contact an insolvency firm for some free advice. There are options available to you but these depend on your individual circumstances but regardless there will be a solution for you.
Hi Gail it really depends on your overall financial picture as to what the best solution is, which is too difficult to say on a quick forum post. There are a few options to choose from but they may not all be the right choice for you. Speak to a local Insolvency practitioner in your area or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
I would suggest a chat with a few firms, both from the "charity" sector and the private sector ( no difference, fee wise) to see who you gel with, as you will be working together for a number of years, depending upon the solution you chose -- and there will be a solution.
