Has anyone else experienced poor customer service from Grant Thornton? I have received a 'Notice of Breach' and have been trying to agree a way forward in order to continue my IVA and stop it from failing. Grant Thornton support team promise to review my proposal with their managers and come back to me but I haven't received a response up until now. I have until 29th May to resolve breach and I am not getting the support from Grant Thornton

If you have received a notice of breach you have a month to rectify this breach. If not then GT will have to go back to creditors asking them what they wish to do or act in accordance with the modifications i.e fail the IVA or issue bankruptcy proceedings.

This really depends on what the breach relates to and I am sure GT will do their best for you.

If you cannot speak to them then send them something in writing urgently and consider going down the complaints route if their lack of response is preventing you from fixing the breach.

As Lisa says -- get them something in writing. They should not fail an IVA due to their own inaction.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
