Will money be taken from new partner who has nothing to do with my IVA ?

Im in my iva a year now so now I due my yearly update in and outgoings payslips and bank statement etc.im having a new partner who has nothing to do with my iva but payes money in to my household bills etc.plus im having a baby soon my question is will iva take my partners inaucount as its my iva ?

Some firms do work on household income, but the majority will only use the partners income to calculate the fair share of expenses, which will, in turn, affect your disposable income a little.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You should probably do a full review as your circumstances have changed and will do so again. This may not lead to an increase in payments but at least your IP is fully aware of the changes.
