Welcome to the forum. Once an iva has been agreed it is almost impossible to swap companies. If you are experiencing difficulties with your chosen company I urge you to try and talk them through and overcome any issues ... unless your iva reaches failure point your IP needs to become your new best friend as they will be working for both you and your creditors and you need to have a good relationship.

Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
Not unless you can convince creditors to throw them out or make a complaint that leads to them being thrown off. If you are having issues with your IP make a formal complaint following their internal procedure and then you can complain here if you need to take it further: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner

Like others say it's not as straightforward as some of us would like. do try and talk it through with your IP if you're not happy and hopefully it can be resolved.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
