Can outstanding court fines and a high court writ be included with an IVA ?

I have outstanding court fines and a high court writ can this be included with an iva?

What do the writs relate to ?

The fines themselves cannot be included in the IVA, but I am sure that any repayment arrangement made by the court will be accommodated within your agreed outgoings.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Michael - An IVA is usually mirrored on what would happen in Bankruptcy and in Bankruptcy Court fines survive the Bankruptcy Order and remain payable so this is why they will still be payable if you enter an IVA. As regards the writ it depends what it relates to.
