Hi,

Just wondered how long to expect completion certificate? IP said they usually say 3 months, but as ours was completed with a full and final with payments made to date, there's no final I & e review, no ppi, no unagreed creditor claims. All pretty straight forward, but no timescales given??

64 payments made. Full and final with payments made to date accepted on 26/05/15 :-) completion certificate received 17/06/15 :)

3 months would be about right. "Full and Final" does not quite mean what it says on the box. Your files will still be fully reviewed to make sure there aren't any missed extra monies due prior to the offer being accepted.

Some IP's are managing this within weeks, others take a full six months.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Keep the pressure on them - I do it in a couple of weeks max but other firms apparently take months to do.

Oh no Sharon.10, was that to do with ppi or something? Mine was a straight forward closure so there literally is not much to do. Hoping for a quick turn around so we can get moved!
