My IVA has been terminated and I don't know what to do

You are effectively back to square one. This means you can do another IVA, petition for bankruptcy, enter a DRO, DMP etc. If the IVA has not actually been closed down it could be salvaged otherwise you will need to start again.

Perhaps bankruptcy would be the best option if the IVA was tried and failed but get some free advice before you decide.
