Ppi is generally regarded as an asset of the iva even after an iva is completed.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

PPI was due to the IVA before the F&F and therefore is due to the IVA estate. You have been released from future obligations, not those in existence before your F&F.

PS -- please do not post in capitals. It is considered shouting on forum. Thanks :-)

The monies will be divided, pro rata and less fees, to your creditors. If requested the firm should be able to give you a breakdown, if they won't, lodge a formal complaint which you can escalate to their regulators if you wish.
