I need to find out how to close an IVA Urgently.
My Husband had an IVA prior to going bankrupt, the IVA company 'Accuma' have since gone into liquidation and never closed the IVA. This is still showing on his credit report as open we found this out when applying for a mortgage which declined today because of this.

If he has made no payments the IVA would have failed after three months. You need to find who the Accuma cases were transferred to and get a Notice of Failure.

Even with this the IVA will remain on file for 6 years from the start date.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

You could also try calling the Liquidators of Accuma for more information. According to other posts on this website it looks like it may have been Grant Thornton.
