DFD have been absolutely diabolical with the handling of our IVA.
Fees have increased by 20%
We have been missed led by DFD, being told our IVA is with the completions team and the our Completion Certificate would be issued soon. DFD would then apologies and we are currently with the Breech Support Team. Variations have been inaccurate and fabricated. Who is DFD's governing body and what are their contact details. No one should endure the prolongation and stress DFD have caused. It's been 8 years and we still have no idea when we will reach closure of the IVA. DFD seem to delay the handling towards the end of the IVA. Most disappointed by the continued errors.
First of all I would suggest contacting Evette Everest, who has assisted many DFD clients. If that produces no result then a complaint to their regulators can be lodged through the Government Gateway here:

I was with dfd and it took them 2 years to close my iva when they issued my cc . funny it was only the last year when the payments were due to cease that the delaying tactics began and lots of excuses as to why there were delays. it was only after going forward with the complaints procedeures and also started the process of seeking legal advice and informing dfd and also using this forum that dfd got their act together and finally issued the cc in june 2013 my payments ceased dec 2011 . did did mistify me why it took so long and it was not because of ppi that was already paid in a few months before my last payment . dfd are one of the worst companies and I would not recommend them to any one . from reading on the froum I can see that a lot of other companies are going the same way as dfd with no RESPECT for their clients at all
Foggy has given you the gateway to make a complaint but you may find you needed to have followed DFDs internal policy first. I suggest you make a written complaint the old fashioned way and send it via recorded delivery.

I have asked DFD IP Antoinette Thorpe to review the information we have provided that is significant since 2013 however complete silence!!
I am hoping Antoinette Thorpe will actual get involved and see the complete fabrication of statements and the mishandling of our IVA. It seems as though DFD are trying to cover up the catalogue of errors.
Has anyone actually had any direct engagement with Antoinette Thorpe?
I have also sent information now to Evette Everest, hopefully this will help.
Still NO response from our IP Antoinette Thorpe. We have also copied our email to DFDForumSupport@fairpoint.co.uk as advised by Evette Everest, still no response from Evette. We have however been contacted Ashley Rainford (not addressing the facts) and our email is being redirected from Antionette Thorpe to Ian Bowker (DFD / Fairpoint head of IT/Applications)? a Why?
Can DFD (perhaps Evette Everest or Antionette Thorpe?) explain what is going on and why DFD continue to avoid answering the full contents of our email / correspondence.

So either EE is a made up profile or user name and password is being shared within DFD.
The latter is not good practice at the very least.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
It would be like finding out that you were really Foggy in disguise - shudder:)
