If I am willing to pay what I owe 18 months arrears and a remaining 4 months payments into my Iva to finish it,why do they have to make everything awkward and prolonged..I will be paying everything I agreed to them early. They also have £3771 in ppi, the ppi company they used to claim it have sent me an email to say the ppi claims have been looked into and the funds sent to them and they are denying they have them..what do I do now?
Send them the email especially if it was a company that they insisted you use.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
As Lifenoteasy says, send a copy of the email to your IP and demand that they trace this money and account for it to you. Other than that, the smoothest settlement takes several months by the nature of the beast and the creditors have to be given 28 days notice to agree to the IVA concluding early.
