hi all just getting info so can be ready to present my f and f in a few months time will have 10 months to go with 12 months extension due to equity in house so was going to offer 22 months at 204.00 which are my monthly payments please can anyone advise me what is the process the into my ip needs for me to preesent a full and final ie do i need to be getting valuations ect mortgage redemption before putting in for full and final regards
full final paid over 29/2/16 cc arrived 12/4/16 its all over

Hi -- if you already have the 12 months extension agreed and applied there will be no need to do further valuations.

not had this agreed yet as not at that stage quite yet just wanted to know if i had to go through this process to put f and f offer in

Yes as you will want to try and show that there is no equity in your property and no need for the extra 12 months. On the assumption it does apply then you have c£4,500 left, which will down to about £4k by the time you get to the variation meeting. I recommend you get your valuation and redemption statement to prove the equity position then make an offer against the £4k - Say £3k-£3.5k depending on circumstances/where the funds are coming from etc. If equity does not apply then you only have 10 months to go (less a few months whilst it is sorted) so may just be best to stick with it until the end...

I would agree, if no equity and no extension it would be just as well to sit it out. There will only b a few months to go, anyway, after all the drafting, notice and meetings are sorted. Added to which the creditors would also be looking at losing circa £500 for the priviledge of nothing to gain.

i defo will have equity approx 20 k

thankyou for your replys you have been so helpful thankyou so much i will be offering tax free release from my pension but will not drawdown till i have in writing offer excepted and will make clear funds only available for completion of iva thanks again
