Now told social fund debts not included. Initially they were included in IVA.

As the repayment comes direct from benefits I'm not sure why you would have been told this?

Is most of what you pay to the iva from benefits?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Social fund debts are normally garnered from future payments by way of a reduction on ongoing payments.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I believe that social fund debts can be included but if you go back on benefits the DWP can start again to reclaim the money. Your own IP may have had different advice.
