Yes, you can. However, you might have to explain why you have got yourself in a fix a second time.
Don't panic, though, you are not the first, nor will you be the last. Sometimes things just get out of control.

I have come across quite a few people who have to o into an IVA for a second time
Chat with several companies/experts and look at all options
