Unfortunately generally any ppi claim is an asset of the iva pre or post completion.

Irrespective the award was sent to dfd so whoever has awarded it has decided that is the safest thing to do.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

The PPI relates to a debt that was in the IVA or a prior debt and, as such, is ( or should have been) an asset of the IVA, as things currently stand.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I have to agree - it will be classed as an asset.

My IVA completion letter does not state this, but my husbands has a caveat in there that if any PPI is claimed then it will go to the company.
