I am with Dfd my last payment was in March 2015. I was told that I should receive my cc within six weeks. I was then told another four weeks. I rang them last week to be told my ip was not happy with some fees and was looking into it then it would have to go back to the closure team. I have payed into my iva for seven years done the extension and now feel like I keep getting fobbed off.I was told to ring back in two weeks so I'll see what happens next friday

I would chase regularly --- squeaky wheels often get more oil !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Emma I would send them a written complaint by recorded delivery. Stress that you want a satisfactory written explanation as to the delay and date as to when the CC will be sent to you. Mention that you will be escalating for formal complaint against your Supervisor if complaint not deal with properly.
