How can I get an IVA, which I didn't go ahead with, removed from Experian ?

Welcome to the forum.

Write to experian and ask them to remove it. You may have to provide evidence that it did not go ahead ..a letter from the IP or screenshot of the insolvency register showing your name not found etc.

When you say "didn't go ahead with " -- how far did the process get ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Samantha - As far as I am aware if it didn't go ahead it wouldn't be on the register so it sounds to me like your IVA may have started but failed. Speak to your IP to verify.
