Hi my IVA is due to finished in Feb. They are now saying about releasing equity in the house. I owe £74,000 on my mortgage, do you know how much my house would need to be worth for them NOT to extend my IVa for another year? I really want it to end. Thanks

If your property is worth less than 93k, it is a standard IVA and you own the property in your sole name you should not need to extend. Any other variables will change this.
