We are selling our house and the net proceeds of sale are being used to settle the IVA. We have encountered difficulties with the buyers solicitors and the removal of the restriction. Because the restriction was registered by Debtsolvers which was bought by Moneyplus and the buyers solicitors do not believe Moneyplus has the authority to remove the restriction. Has this cropped up before, what do you suggest.

At the end of the day it is the IP who is important not the IVA company - the IP listed on the Insolvency Register next to your name needs to confirm the restriction can be removed (or Moneyplus confirm that the IP is linked to them).
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
