So...I've got my completion certificate, does this mean I can sell my house with no come back?...is there anything else I should be aware of?

Hi,

Just make sure that the RX1 has been removed from your house. You may struggle to get a mortgage but I'm sure that either Ryan or Shaun could help.

Completion certificate received then you've met your contractual obligations to the IVA and are free to sell your property as you wish.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks for the quick replies :)
Who do I check with about the RX1?
Won't be having a mortgage, as I'm moving in with mum who's struggling a bit living alone.

Check with your IP to make sure the restriction has been lifted.

As above, your IP should do this automatically, but some seem to need a nudge :-)

Just spoken to creditfix who tell me they've emailed the land registry but not had a reply, they're going to send a reminder email and asked me to ring next week.

Looks like they're on it so shouldn't be long. All the best.
