You may struggle to rent anyway as your credit record will be shot and of course all of your creditors will be chasing you again and may well add on any interest that has been frozen.
Try some private landlords - people have been able to rent whilst in an IVA.

Depending on who you rent through they may reject you, ask for 6 months deposit etc.
Going through a private landlord may help.
However, if you are already in an IVA and even if you allow it to fail it will still show for 6 years from the date you entered into it.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
