With Orange there was no transaction or top-up fee and I was hoping to find another.

I already use CashPlus and love it, but I need 2 cards really for budgeting.

In an IVA things can be tough and good pre-paid cards really help!

Any suggestions?
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!
