I am in an IVA and recently received some paper work from the company managing my IVA asking me to sign a deceleration for the company to continue to investigate PPI claims even after my completion certificate

Should I sign it and do I actually have a choice ?

You don't really have a choice and anyway if it means there are less delays with completion I would do it.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Thanks I thought this too but just anxious as they referred us to Equity in Finance before around PPI and we were bombarded with calls and post to sign things -wouldn't mind but we are confident that we do not have any outstanding Ppi

You are basically handing over any interest in PPI to the IP, in that way they should be able to complete the IVA without having to wait for PPI to be resolved ( which is often a tortuous wait).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
