Was the CT included in the IVA ? If not the IVA has no relevance.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

you'll also find that any profits from the house sale also belong to your IVA...........

In fact if you have an RX-1 on the property you'll find you are unable to sell the property, you will be in breach of your IVA

Not strictly true Eggs - you can sell your house with the IP's permission. They would just have to remove the RX1 but I do agree that profits would have to be paid across to the IVA and if you can manage to pay back 100p plus fees, anything after that is yours.

I would question as well as to why you would get Council Tax back? The house has been yours even though it is empty and you do have to pay CT.
