Hi, I wouldn't like to say but in my humble opinion (not professional) if not included in the IVA without any restrictions on then yes. Do the IVA company know of this house and its equity?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

A pertinent question would be why was the property not included in the IVA ? What is just left out or specifically excluded in the wording of your arrangement ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
