Hi and welcome

Not quite sure why you are doing an IVA for this length of time - are you sure it is an IVA? What is the company called now?

Which companies were involved ? Did the first IVA fail ? This would have been a waste of time and the money paid into it lost. Your time in an IVA started again when you started the second IVA. Your creditors will only have got the money from the second IVA as most of the first one would have gone on fees.

Which company are you with now ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

. Would love to know who the company was as it sounds as though you had problems in the first place.

I'm not quite understanding what has happened. I can only assume your first IVA failed and you somehow managed to do another IVA? Are you sure BOTH schemes were IVA or was it perhaps and information arrangement/Debt Management Plan?
