Any debts that included in your iva will be settled and therefore no letters should come through the post after completion.
Sometimes different departments for companies may not always be aware of IVA's being in place or letters could be automatically sent out to you, in which case just send them a letter and a copy of your completion certificate, and they should change their records.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!
Hopefully not...once the certificate is received your credit files will be clearing automatically and letters from past creditors shoukd stop. If you did receive any your IP should still be able to advise but if like me once iva completed i simply sent the odd letter back with a explanation of iva start dates and a copy of the certificate. ..this stopped the letters and calls. Sometimes takes a while for the different departments to get the message.

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
We finished a year ago and nobody has asked for anything from us. Checked credit report yesterday and IVA and many defaults have gone, 3 remain from someone who brought the debt from Lloyds that are dated next week so hopefully will be all clear by the end of the month.
Creditors have legally agreed to the IVA and those that didn't are bound by it anyway so they cannot ask for more money.
I know that some people have had the odd letter but by and large you never hear anything again.
If you do then just ignore them.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

When your IVA is completed you have no more creditors so any contact would be potentially fraudulent. No one can demand money or hassle someone who owes them no money!
There are usually the odd few who don't update their records properly and slip through the net and chase you - just make sure you keep your paperwork so you can send them the CC if needed.
