I was forced out of a job by my employer after 4 years due to differences of opinion in feb 2015 they paid me off and made it clear I would lose my job anyway if I decided to challenge this. I was worried at the time it would ruin my potential to be re employed as a manager. I got another job but half the salary 25 000. the company I work for is small and after 5 months I was told that after my probation they will let me go. I am looking for work but none yet after leaving My original employer in February my partner left and I was responsible for all bills as it was all in my name.

I was bankrupt in 2008 and have not yet missed a payment on any bills or loans but I have no more money I owe around 29 000 in all.

Hi and welcome.

I would speak to an IP company as you could go BR again (unless you have your own house now and could potentially lose it) but you could do an IVA.

Speak to a couple of companies. Andy Davie/Vincent Bond are worth a call for some free advice.

If you wish to avoid another bankruptcy you could make token payments to creditors while you seek work. An insolvency firm should be able to advise you further.

Hi David - Speak to your creditors and explain your circumstances to try and agree to pay them nominal payments until you can get back on your feet. Once you find new employment an IVA might be a suitable option for you.
