The fact that you have been in an IVA and are looking at a Shared Ownership property, in themselves, will not prevent you from getting a mortgage. Lenders will take many other things into account, for example your income, any deposit you have saved, etc. If you'd like to let us have some more information we'll be pleased to give you a bit more of a steer.
Specialist Mortgage Advisers. Highly Commended at the British Mortgage Awards.

For individual, confidential mortgage advice see my details under the IVA Experts or go to http://clients.theselectpartnership.co.uk/
