Hi and welcome

Chances are that you will not be able to remortgage to pay off your IVAS.

I would suggest a word with Shaun Vickery, who often deals with secured lending products to settle IVA's early. You will not be able to remortgage.

Shaun's details can be found by clicking on the "Ask a Question" button (top left) and scrolling down to the expert's details section.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You may be able to obtain a secured loan to clear the IVA so contact Shaun Vickery of Select who posts here. His firm has access to these products and have successfully closed down many IVAs early.

His details are in the experts section.

Hi - rather than remortgage have you thought about asking a friend or family member to 'gift' you a lump sum to offer a F&F instead? Why are you stressed? If the IVA is too much then perhaps your contributions are set too high?
