I couldn't say specifically, but many taxes due to HMRC are included. They are not particularly sensitive creditors to have, however.

You would also need to enquire as to whether the IVA would affect your ability to hold the relevent permits and / or licenses.

MGD is included but as a new tax it is not 100% clear as to what period. We treat it like VAT whereby any arrears and all monies due to the meeting of creditors are included but everything afterwards must be paid. This has been fine so far.

Foggy is right about the licence issues as while you can hold a personal licence and be a designated premises supervisor, you cannot hold a premise licence. Speak to an insolvency firm and make sure they have experience of the licensed trade.
