Can I still re-mortgage my property when its comes to renewal on my current fixed rate ?

Many of us in an IVA have managed to transfer to another deal with the same lender, but you won't be able to change providers.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It does depend on your provider as some lenders exploit the fact that you are in an IVA. Knowing that you cannot switch to another lender they offer no new deals and leave you to languish on the standard variable rate which is the most profitable for them.
