I have been in an Iva agreement for the past 3 and a half years and I still get companies ringing and offering Iva. Once I was told that my name is not on the Iva register. I asked my Ip but did not get a response. I now get a letter saying Iva company is changing.

You will continue to receive these marketing letters throughout as your credit files will be showing your various lines of debt.
You can check to see if you are on the insolvency register yourself if you wanted to. Its a public register on line.
Which company are you with and who is taking it over ?

I get them all the time - I'm seriously thinking of sending a couple to the ASA because of the way that they are using major credit card logos to imply they are linked.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

You may not be in an IVA so check the register. Many people have been mislead in the past and you would not be the first to find themselves in debtmanagement and not an IVA.

Search the register here, to see if you are on it:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi

Michael is correct in that there are people who thought that they were in an IVA only to find out that it is actually a DMP

Checking The insolvency Register will soon answer any doubts

hoping you found yourself on the register (assuming you wanted to) and that will confirm you're in an IVA. However, if you didn't ascertain which debt solution you are in and whether this suits your requirements. Do let us know x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
