Hi and welcome to the forum.

Defaults should go back to the date of your IVA agreement so you need to write to those creditors.

You could contact Shaun Vickery or Ryan who both post on here and have been instrumental in getting mortgages for posters.

If your 6 year anniversary is October this year, it may be worth waiting until then. As Kallis says, contact Ryan or Shaun as theycan give advice on how to proceed once all credit files are clear.

First you need to clear your credit files up. Info here:

http://pjgrecovery.com/clean-up-credit-rating.asp

The have a word with Ryan and / or Shaun, who are whole of market brokers with experience of adverse credit applications. Their details can be found under the "Ask a Question" tab ( top left) and scrolling down the page to the Experts Details Section.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

In fear of repeating others contact the experts mentioned. I can personally vouch for Ryan having had 2 mortgages via him since our iva ended.
